So, I just talked to Kiki at the Training Grounds, and I want to know if my team is ready for her and onwards, along with any tips for her. My team consists of - Lv40 Houndoom / Mild / Flash Fire Feint Attack Fire Fang (Plan to replace with a special fire move) Thunder Fang Beat Up Lv40 Sandslash / Jolly / Sand Veil Magnitude (For doubles) Dig Slash Shadow Claw Lv39 Greninja / Hardy / Protean Round Lick Water Shuriken Smack Down Lv39 Persian / Rash / Unnerve Swift Power Gem Feint Attack Fake Out Lv41 Granbull / Timid / Quick Feet Bite Roar Headbutt Close Combat lv40 Meowstic-M / Adamant / Infiltrator Light Screen Reflect Psyshock Miracle Eye PC - Huge Power Meditite Primape Slugma Diggersby Pichu Carvahna Flaaffy Ponyta Shuppet Sorry if I mess up, first post :/ Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
alaneapen Posted July 20, 2015 Share Posted July 20, 2015 Be sure to get a mysterg egg and see what it is. You may need a strong flying type and a wil ow siper for her strong physical attackers. But use them as fodder to switch between granbull intimidate which if you have an capsule, save and use it. Pray it is intimidate and proceed to tank everything except toxicroak. Also, I suggest getting something with Psychic, which is boosted by the field. Why you have Psyshock over Psychic on your Meowstic is beyond me, but Gothitelle is a decent Pokemon with Psychic. Also, I suggest getting something with Psychic, which is boosted by the field. Why you have Psyshock over Psychic on your Meowstic is beyond me, but Gothitelle is a decent Pokemon with Psychic. Psyshock is very useful for Aya though given the high special defence of dragalgae, tentacruel and venusaur. It's worth having the two psychic moves until after they beat Aya, at least. Also given half of kiki's team is neutral to psychic, and the very low defenses of hitmonlee and gallade versus the special defence, I'd still take psyshock myself. In regards to the team, get granbull to level 43 where it will learn play rough, as well as having it with the intimidate ability. Sandslash would be better with sand rush too if possible as the field will allow it to outspeed most of, if not all of kiki's pokemon.
