It was added on Ep 16, at the bottom of Chrysolia Forest there is another tree that will dissapear when you get close to it, so I recommend to try every tree that is at the bottom of the forest. Revealing a little bit of more space of Chrysolia Forest. There is a train there and a Maractus Egg inside.

Slowpoke is a very rare chance on a super rod only from what I've had experience with but he is on route 4 if you still need him pm me and I could breed you one

Has anyone thought of going through the pokedex to find general locations first also the hide and seek Pokémon all seemed to have at least alternate locations to finding them or out right changed for episode 16

I know if you renovate azurine Island you can find Bulbasaur wild same with Pinsir, Heracross and you get chimchar and Chikorita* through events there after its restoration

Most of the police men possible egg pokemon are now catchable like Staryu and Tentacool

For Eevee, it has to be windy and night.

 

Ralts can be found inside a corrupted pokéball in one of the rock smashable walls in the underground railnet

Also, I've tried to do the events for Joltik and Eevee, and I still can't get the damn things. Am I doing something wrong?

In order to get Joltik, you need to go to the northern part of the Aventurine Woods at night. Head to that part where there are three or four webs between trees.

 

Eevee can be found in Spinel forest I believe, but it requires windy weather and maybe it has to be night time, but I'm not certain of that.

 

Drilbur has a 1/18 chance of hatching from your mystery egg

It's obviously recognized by the game but the method feels so shady.

The method was derived from a glitch in an earlier version of the game in which one could ride a Tauros anywhere. Now, it's a bonafide method of getting Beldum (and the only way to get it without trading.)
