Simon Posted July 25, 2015 Share Posted July 25, 2015 If you got Seel from that Lady, then at the moment, you cannot get Cacnea unless you post in the Reborn Trading Thread and ask for it. In this case, Biboo seems kind enough to breed one for ya so you two can pretty much just contact any of the users who can perform a trade.
