pyrromanis
As a big fan of Eeveelutions I love all the new evolutions that you guys made <3 (but I prefer the monotype concepts more than the hybrids)A few notable moves that some Eeveelutions can have:Shenreon: Dragon Dance, Roost, Steel Wing, Sky Drop, FlyToxeon: Hone Claws, Thief, Fling, Venom DrenchZephreon: Hail, Nature Power ,Weather Ball, Mirror Move, Stell Wing (only if its sprite has wings)Spectreon: Fling, Quash, Embargo, Trick Room, Snarl, Trick, GravityTitaneon: maybe Gyro Ball or AutotomizeA gimmick set for Zephreon:Petaya BerryAbility: Speed BoostCurseStored PowerSubstitute RoostSince Stored Power's damage isn't affected by the Curse's Speed drop you can set up while you don't loose speed thanks to Speed Boost and use enough Substitutes to activate the berry and gain speed every turn! Roost to stay in battle as much as possible.

Cons: - 65 HP is a real downer to its Defenses. - 65 Speed is really slow. - Rock has 5 weaknesses, not very good for a defensive-based Pokemon. - It can't really use STAB Rock Head Head Smash with only 60 Attack. It's just terrible. Checks and Counters - Usage: Choice Specs: Choice Specs Sand Stream - Power Gem - Earth Power - Shadow Ball - Hidden Power Fire/Ice 252 SpA, 4 SpD, 252 Spe, Timid (+Spe, -Atk) Head Smash: Choice Band Rock Head - Head Smash - Earthquake - Double Edge - Quick Attack 252 HP, 252 Atk, 4 SpD, Adamant (+Atk, -SpA) Support: Leftovers Sand Stream - Stealth Rock - Wish - Power Gem - Heal Bell/Protect 248 HP, 8 SpA, 252 SpD, Calm (+SpD, -Atk) Edited July 5, 2016 by Bazaro
Fumble
The Return of the Eeveelutions... also baz you need to finish obsideon above me Name: Palatteon Classification: The Sketching Pokemon Height: 0.8 m Weight: 27.0 kg Type: Normal/Fairy Stats: 130/65/95/65/110/60 Abilities: Color Change, (HA) Trace Level Up: 1: Helping Hand, Tackle, Tail Whip 5: Sand Attack 9: Camouflage 13: Quick Attack 17: Assist 20: Conversion, Conversion 2 25: Endeavor 29: Copycat, Mimic 33: Dazzling Gleam 37: Baton Pass 41: Last Resort 45: Sketch TM/HM Toxic, Hidden Power, Sunny Day, Protect, Rain Dance, Frustration, Return, Dig, Shadow Ball, Double Team, Facade, Rest, Attract, Round, Echoed Voice, Retaliate, Swagger, Sleep Talk, Substitute, Secret Power, Dazzling Gleam, Confide Tutor Covet, Heal Bell, Helping Hand, Iron Tail, Last Resort, Snore Breeding/Pre-Evo Captivate, Charm, Curse, Detect, Endure, Fake Tears, Flail, Natural Gift, Stored Power, Synchronoise, Tickle, Wish, Yawn, Growl, Baby-doll Eyes, Swift, Refresh, Take Down, Charm, Baton Pass, Double-Edge, Trump Card Analysis Pros - Well, 130/95/110 bulk puts any other Eeveelution to shame. - I mean, it gets Sketch, and thanks to the stupid Move Relearner, it can get four moves it can't normally get instead of just one. - I'll just reiterate that it can learn ANY move (besides Chatter, Struggle, and Sketch, of course). Cons - 65/65 offenses suck, and 60 base speed is pretty bad, worse than Smeargle. Maybe try Trick Room? Checks and Counters - Bisharp or Serperior is probably your best bet, since Sticky Web is going to be a very common move on Paletteon. The speed drop will give you a boost to your power. - Other walls such as Mega Slowbro or Mega Venusaur can try to wall out Paletteon. These walls can also do damage to Paletteon, while Paletteon can't deal damage against them. - Rapid Spin or Defog can easily get rid of the hazards Paletteon might set up. Usage: OU Supportive Smeargle's Set: Leftovers Trace - Spore - Stealth Rocks - Sticky Web - Toxic Spikes / Spikes / Nuzzle / Super Fang / Wish / Heal Bell / Rapid Spin(basically anything else you want, really) 248 HP, 4 Def, 4 SpD, 252 Spd Abstract Art: (because this is an abstract set most people won't use because why wouldn't you use the supportive set) Leftovers Trace - Toxic / Will-o-Wisp - Wish - Heal Bell - [insert attack here] 248 HP, 8 Def, 252 SpD OR 248 HP, 252 Def, 8 SpD P.S. I was meaning for Paletteon to be able to only Sketch one move, but then the Move Relearner exists...
pyrromanis
P.S. I was meaning for Paletteon to be able to only Sketch one move, but then the Move Relearner exists... Maybe a special move tutor that learns Sketch only once for each Palateon? Also how about protean for its HA? Maybe it would be too op, but it doesn't have the best learnset to utilize it as good as Greninja.
Hawky
That first Shenreon sprite up top remind me of Haku's color scheme in Spirited away.
wolf3478
I was wondering if you would mind me using the Shenreon sprite in a fan-game I'm making, I will give credit
Pryde
As a suggestion, maybe something similar to Mega Eevee from Pokemon Insurgence? The Mega form blocks Eevee from evolving, but whenever Mega Eevee uses a move it turns into the Eeveelution of that type, a nice tactical option, it's similar to the Protean ability but with a massive visual change.
