Global Mods Ice Cream Sand Witch Posted August 19, 2015 Global Mods Share Posted August 19, 2015 Titania only had one Pokemon in the sewers that wasn't far above the level cap, so it actually would've been reasonably possible for the player to defeat/stop her. But that would mean you'd be on your own in the double battles, and navigating the sewers would probably be a lot more difficult/Titania would be willing to leave you behind. It's not something you really could've afforded to do. I actually don't think Saphira was in the wrong. Titania was, but I can't really blame her after Amaria jumped down the waterfall and got captured, then having to spend so long down in the sewers and being on edge from fatigue and hunger. It's just unfortunate the ones who got in her way were the least violent members.
Juniper
I found it hilarious how Titania claimed that the PC would need to do most of the heavy lifting or something but in the first battle, almost my entire team was KO'ed and she totally carried.. I felt bad when Tara got killed by Sapphira in the lake and Simon was left all alone and when Sirius killed Eclipse . I'm waiting for Ame to give Simon some vengeance after we're done with Sapphira since he promised he'd get his revenge :X
ZEL
Saphira didn't have to kill those two guards at Tanzan Base, considering that if you team up with Laura, they just get put to sleep. As for the attack on the lake, that's a different story entirely; as sad as it is that people died there, they were the ones invading and Saphira did what she had to to defend the place. She simply didn't want to take any risk by waiting for them to reach the shore, where they'd have been a lot harder to keep in check. And considering that even with "just" the orderlies, Sirius and Sigmund in the Mansion, you still can't protect everyone... I do think that Saphira has as much of a rash temper as Titania under certain circumstances, though. She's fairly adamant in her hatred for Sigmund, considering she's still talking about killing him, even now that it's apparent he might be a help in figuring out more about Lin. Which should be the more important thing on the list, considering she's got Meteor in her grip. Edit: Simon doesn't want venegance, though. His entire conversation at the Beryl Cemetry shows how he realized for himself that further violence is only going to produce more pain and hatred. He's made the decision that he doesn't want to cause Saphira's loved ones the same pain that she caused him. Global Mods Ice Cream Sand Witch Posted August 19, 2015 Global Mods Share Posted August 19, 2015 Oh, when I said I didn't think Saphira was in the wrong, I was just talking about the lake scene. That was implied to be a huge raid and it was self-defense. I forgot about the two grunts at the base. but she didn't need to do that, yeah. She thinks in a black and white "the only good x is a dead x" mindset.

Although i do miss Tara, if i were in Sapphira's shoes i'd do the same if not worse and feel no remorse, believe me. Now, i find Titania a bit too tough, she almost reaches the point of a psychopath who kills to enjoy him/herself, but at one extent there is a possible reasoning behind that? Amaria and she would have been fine from the beggining if it wasn't for team Meteor. Amaria wouldn't have to meet us by going all over to florinia's place. Plus she got all that info from the meteor grunts and probably sickened her guts or sth. -Still not excusing her xD-

Juniper
I don't think Blake actually meant it. He liked the comment, maybe. Yeah, I think right after that, when Fern leaves, Blake says something like "How do you stand that kid?" or something.
SkyRunner
Yeah, I think right after that, when Fern leaves, Blake says something like "How do you stand that kid?" or something. Personally, I thought that Blake liked the idea of Fern, someone cocky and able to complete the task at hand (unless, you know, the protagonist comes along). Global Mods Ice Cream Sand Witch Posted August 22, 2015 Global Mods Share Posted August 22, 2015 The "I don't know how you stand that guy" comment was about Solaris. Jaromir
Don't be sorry, you did a good thing. Who know what horrible things the universe could suffer if those two were to hang out for a longer time.

IdleThoughts
Actually, they do not. We're playing on the assumption that Arceus is the RNG God, and he is clearly on El's side for Team Meteor. The RNG is so strong that no one has ever witnessed an occurrence of their pokemon actually disobeying. It's baffling really, the odds of this actually going for this long is unfathomable. So we're just going to blame Arceus, because he is the cause for suffering in SO MANY fan games. Monochrome_Complex
Blake is friends with like, no one. He's basically your typical antisocial internet narcissist in Reborn form. Anybody who plays games online knows the exact kind of stereotype I'm talking about because they infest online gaming communitties and often one of the worst things about them. Lacks empathy, absolute dick, incredibly selfish, huge ego, spouts crap in the forms of meme-speak, trolls, inferiority complex, hates losing, etc. He was never friends with Fern and the two just aligned out of common interest. Blake respected him at first because he saw himself in Fern, but not to where he'd consider him a friend. In Blake's mind, he doesn't need friends. He may or may not care about Cal. Considering he was willing to push him off a cliff...I'd say he doesn't too much. I have a feelig Blake will end up betraying Team Meteor later on, although not because they're bad, but because he doesn't care and it'll be in his own best interest. Blake is probably one of the most selfish characters in Reborn. .

I'm expecting a "Git r3kt Team Meteor" from Blake somewhere in the future~
