And to answer your question, it's unfinished as of right now. If you listened to what the people said, it shouldn't be too hard to get to the last point (on seventh street). You do realize what magikarp becomes right? A gyarydos! also it was ducklett when you could actually last get it but it had been a magikarp before then.
