Then head to Amethyst Cave, and from the Route 2 entrance, head down the ladder on the left and up the ladder on the steps. Surf south and complete the Xen grunt sidequest in the Isolated Lab. After defeating Nancy and the Chandelure, interact with the northernmost grave and use Dig. Then place your ladder.

I don't see this being against the rules, considering there are similar guides for both items and obtainable Pokemon.

Thank you for taking the time to write this, and hopefully update it occasionally! I will try to help provide answers to any TMs that haven't been listed yet but I have found.

Charge Beam is given to you after defeating Julia if I'm not mistaken btw.

I'm pretty sure Frost Breath is found on the bottom floor of Angie's lair (forgot the name of it sorry).

Prior to V6, didn't Kriess give it to you once you exited the church?

before you battle Angie, the seventh gym leader, if you choose to release an imprisoned man named kreiss(which is the legit ice gym leader as opposed to self proclaimed leader angie), he will offer TM rock climb as a return, alternately some mons like Scolipede learn Rock Climb via leveling up.

I have acutally the tm's that is obtainable, but not location send. And you had some items that i didn't found so i'll check that later.

Tm 21- I think it supposed to be the casino hotel or whatever the name is. That's the only one i forgot.

Tm 32 - HQ lab iirc. If not just find out yourself in the screenshot.

Tm 57 - Team anti assist secret hideout in the kokori village, help center.

you forgot to add irritation, round and aerial ace but i forgot where they are. aerial ace is in the forest of time and requires rock climb if memory serves correct.
