Barrier boosts your shit defense to "OMG". Substitute enables the walling, and guarantees at least 1 Nasty Plot. Psychock deals with bulky bitches. Trick Room to get the edge on your opponent, and confuse your foe with a teeter dance. Reflect over Barrier to benefit other players in your team. Psyshock is there so you don't get killed by a taunt, or get stuck in a pp war against a Blissey or something similiar. Teeter to really troll the opponent trainer.
