Where is Vulpix now?

The lady that once gave out the Vulpix at the salon in Obsidia is now giving out a Soothe Bell instead, but Vulpix is still listed as an event poke. Is it now in a different location? I'm in need of a fire type and Ninetales is a favorite of mine, so this change is kind of an unwelcome surprise lol

It's now in the Agate checkpoint replacing Tynamo. Pray to RNG and you may get it from the Mystery Egg event. That is, only if you started your save file with E15

Whoops, forgot something. The trade in Agate is now for Stunfisk, so go get one in Apophyll when you can.
