Thunderstorm Help

Hey, been lookin for Tynamo to get it on my team, and I haven't got the chance just because I never have thunderstorms, I look at the weather cast and it always tells me the same "Slight rainstorms on Mondays and Thursdays and high winds on Tuesday" whenever I change or not of days.

Make sure you don't change the date manually, and be patient. It will say "Heavy Thunderstorms" or something along those lines. Check everyday, in real time.

For me, I change the date manually. I've gotten plenty of weather based event Pokemon that way, with no repercussions.

The weather changes every week. And you have to go BACKWARDS to not be stuck to the same weather. At least that was the risk. It may have been solved in E15.

You can also get a Shinx fairly early in game too. While I'm not sure if they are good Pokemon, you can pick one up at the game corner.

Tynamo kinda sucks early game, since it evolves a while later and the best thing it can get is Spark. I'd recommend other Electric types, like Ampharos, Heliolisk, and Luxray, as stated above.

If you're at a good enough level, high enoigh that Tynamo can evolve, that would probably be when to get it.

you could find tynamo in a cave in old eps if i am not mistaken and it is removed and its harder to find .

That's only natural if you've messed with the weather before.

Try going backwards in time, like a lot and see if that works. Otherwise, you might need to wait. There is the possibility that a weather cycle repeats itself more than once.

I'm pretty sure those problems might cease to exist when we get to E16 though. But going backwards right now might be your best shot.
