TehTee Posted October 3, 2015 Share Posted October 3, 2015 So after obtaining the first badge, getting clearance into Obsidian Ward I'm unable to progress. There are officers blocking my way, which I have not seen in any YT vids and can't seem to find HM CUT. This is where I'm stuck. Talked to every NPC I can find as well... Aka head into the Coral Ward, which is south from where you are right now.
