Help! Can't catch this Litleo

Hi! I'm new to the game and the forum, so I thought I'd try and ask this here. There's this alley in Obsidia where you catch a Plusle and Minun, and a Litleo appeared as well, but when I talk to it, it gets scared and runs away. Anybody know how to catch it?

Yeah, this is a hide and seek event. You have to find the litleo in several places then you'll be able to catch it.

I'm not quite sure of all of the locations but look around a bit and you can catch it.

In this particular case, the Litleo runs to the Underground Railnet's holding house in Obsidia. But... be ready for a fairly difficult fight before you chase it further down there. (Unless you're already around level 30 [or higher], then you should be just fine.)

Or have something with volt absorb/lightning rod/motor drive and decent special defense
