Squirtle Event

For some reason i can't get the Squirtle Event to begin, i have gone to the building in wastes last night (storming) and again tonight (storming) and yet the person i should be talking to inside of the building has yet to show up. Do i need to complete another task to get this even to start?

i might be wrong, but i dont see why another event might stop triggering it~

Try a second time, this event is odd that i only found it on second trial (on clear weather, of course after you spoke to the NPC in the abandoned building during rainy day and first visit to the grotto)

from what i now , u have to finish team rocket event , in other words, defeat aya, and rescue the kids from orpanage.

Defeating Aya successfully triggered the event, i did not have to finish saving the children. Thank you for you speedy responses!

If I remember correctly, you have to talk to the guy when it is raining, then wait until it stops raining before Squirtle appears.
