Maelstrom
Steel Armor- reduces damage from attacks by 50%, reduces speed by 50%, and holding pokemon cannot switch. Is used up after two hits. <- Uber stuff.
SilentSinnerInBlue
Feast Incense: An incense with an appetizing scent. Increases all move's power by x2.5, with the drawback of having your speed cut in half and weight increased (i.e Grass Knot will deal more damage on a Pokemon holding the Feast Incense). Also increases the amount of HP healed using HP-draining moves like Giga-Drain by double. Helpful for Gyro Ballers or HP-Drainers. Wine Red Swag: An interesting set of clothes. Increases all stats sharply, but confuses the user. (Like a permanent Swagger) Love Potion: Increases Attract's accuracy and increases the chance of the opponent being "immobilized by love". Tringus
If there was a Key Item, I'd make a 2nd DNA Pin, so then Kyurem could Merge with Reshiram AND Zekrom, that way, the original dragon would be resurrected.

SonOfRed
on a less uber note ball and chain- all physical attacks are doubled, but the pokemon is always hit with recoil because it can't stop ninetails tail- any pokemon that touches it is cursed, much like toxic orb, but y'know... with curse straight jacket- all physical moves turn into struggle, but the pokemon is unable to hurt itself in confusion straight spoon- suppresses the damage of a psychic move by 50%, good for one use in participating battles:) pikachu tail- your pokemon instantly hates you, i can't blame it you just made it hold a pikachu tail you sick bastard power ball- removes the extra turn in moves that require charging or resting afterwards(ex, hyperbeam, and solar beam) now for pokeball ideas... dark ball- has a very high catch rate, but the pokemons happiness must be at 88% or higher for it to listen to you beelze ball- illegal in every region, but sold in black markets, this ball is slightly larger than standard pokeballs, and can overide the OT's signature (aka you can catch trainers pokemon) miracle ball- the pokemon will level up 500% faster, will automaticly have perfect iv's, will gain double ev's(does not replace pokevirus or macho brace), but this ball has an extremelly low catch rate type ball series- there are 17 types of type balls(one for every type duh) if caught with a ball matching its type(ex, normal type ball catches a snorlax) the pokemons att/ sp att will be doubled mystery ball- the ball will either catch without fail, and make the pokemon shiny or make the pokemon flee( very low chance of that happening, but is significantly higher than the shiny encounter rate Edited March 11, 2013 by SonOfRed
Shanco
Got some more. True Lens - The holder ignores the target's evasiveness augmentations. Life Scream - When the holder faints, this item lowers the opponent's Attack and Special Attack by 1 stage. Crabab Berry: when the Pokemon is at 50% or lower, it begins to float in the air, and its weight is halved. Electivire used Fire Punch! It's super effective! The foe's Magnezone lost 52% of its health! The foe's Magnezone ate its Crabab Berry! The foe's Magnezone is feeling much lighter!

Brockze
Targeter: A move will always attack the selected target. Moves that hit all in Double/Triple battles only hit one. Rage Powder/Follow Me will not work on a pokemon holding this item. Nitro Boost: Boosts the pokemon's speed and attack once when using a priority move. Secondary Wings: A flying-type/pokemon with Levitate can not be dragged down to the ground, no matter what. However, Roost only gives back 1/4 of health. Trust Orb: Increases a pokemon's happiness with movement.
