What is your favorite Legend of Zelda game, and why?

I really really liked Twilight princess, because I love Midna and I liked the story line. As difficult levels go, it was up there a ways compared to the Zelda game I had played before it (A playthrough of Wind Waker. Ah, good times. Also a nostalgic game for me)

I really loved Skyward sword when it came out. Minus the starting difficulty of not holding my stupid sword straight up so it wouldn't charge power, I really liked that one,and I thought it was beautiful. I got the hyrule history book right after playing skyward sword and that helped put the games into chronological order, as that can be confusing for people sometime.

Minish cap is great! I've only played it once but I liked it when I did play it for sure. I actually just got my husband to start playing it!

I've never completed a Zelda game. My parents gave my Twilight Princess when I was way to young for it so I never really got into Zelda.

Given it is the only one I have played I've got to go with Twilight Princess I guess.

I think Wind Waker. It has so much to explore and do with all the islands. The Big Octos really terrified me though. There was one I would almost always encounter in playthroughs and I could never beat it before it swallowed me.

Okami is the best Zelda game.

If you guys won't allow Okami. Then Majora's Mask, followed by Twilight Princess, then Link to the Past.

The first one I ever got was ocarina of time, which, for my age, was extremely difficult. As in, didn't ever get past inside the deku tree as a kid difficult.
