[Answered] saving a boy in a windy day

Well, i was close the ghost type gym, and saw a boy, talk with him, save from this balloom pokemon, then from 3 bugs.. but i dont remember where the boy says he live, so i dont know where to go to follow, or if he get home safe.
Do some one know what event im talking about?

Yeah i know, the mother of missing child lives in Lapis Ward, go to her, she will give you sticker~That's where Shelly's gym is at, if you cant remember where Lapis is~It is among the houses, cant remember which~
