well is raining, and i saw some where in the forum that there is an evento for a squirtle when is raining in the wastelands.
saw the video in one post (i wuld put the video, but donw know how to put that spoiler thing) and it says that its need to be raining to get the event, but squirtle only shows up when its not.
so what? i need to stay there, till the rain stop? or do i come back there when it not raining?

Iirc you talk to the guy in the wasteland that says he saw a Squirtle to "activate" the event when raining; then you look for the Squirtle when the rain is gone.
