Pichu? and others.

Ok I know alot of pokemon are found based on the weather, but I read Pichu is not. I know he is found on the rooftop garden in Onyx Ward but he will never appear no matter if I change the weather or not. I find this happens with alot of other pokemon as well. I couldn't get Bedew even though it was a sunny day. I cant find Electrike that was being attacked by the Mightyenas as well. I am running the latest episode 15. Can any one please tell me why I can not find these pokemon?

I have not tested yet, but is it maybe a case of where the pokémon doesn't spawn until you have the trigger? Basically, Pokesnax for the Pichu and Rose Incense for the Budew. Do you have those items already?

And btw, are you at the start of the game, or did you just end episode 15 and went to try and find those?

for pichu it has to be clear day

for budew you need to have rose incense and it appears on sunny or clear day I'm not sure

for electrike it has to be night on stormy weather

I have a pokesnax. I also have beat the 2nd gym. I was stating that the current version of the game i have. and I have tried all times and weather by changing my time on my computer and I still don't see them.

I finally got Pichu! I guess its just luck for me.....
