I noticed some of these Pokemon didn't have a description in the Tier Changes thread(description, argument, call it what you like). So... yeah. In any case, because I'm really bored right now, arguments,, for both those changes i agree and disagree with:

Currently in Ubers:

Deoxys-S: Do we really need a "run Deoxys-S or run Prankster lead" event? This thing's really fucking ridiculous, with a surpisingly good attacking movepool, the obivous

speed, hazards, taunt, and actually isn't as paper thin as people think.

Currently in OU:

Bronzong: Bronzong is actually pretty damn strong. Sure Explosion was its most powerful offense but Bronzong is still incredibly tanky with great utility and can do some heavy damage

Darmanitan: Yup, it's honestly not gonna sweep anything. Stealth Rock weakness, unphenomenal defenses, BL is fine.

Keldeo: This thing hurts. A lot. With Calm Mind it can do heavy damage to pretty much any OU Pokemon, it has great speed, and decent defenses. Did I mention it really hurts?

Meloetta: Pretty underwhelming. Will get destroyed time and time again in OU. I considered voting for UU, but it's still sketchy, so BL is fine.

Mew: Yeah, it's good but not great stats really hurt it. BL you go.

Starmie: LO Starmie actually is still incredibly powerful; Specs even more, Rapid Spin is obviously really good. It can even run scarf well. This thing is simplyreally stronk.

Suicune: Kinda scared of what it could do in BL, but I suppose with such pokemon as Darmanitan, we need good walls.

Swampert: Swampert just isn't that great. One strong grass move will kill it instantly; and it's still slow. I think UU is fine.

Victini: It's admittedly pretty meh. But letting this 180 base power(before STAB!) shit in UU isn't gonna cut it. BL works.

Weavile: It's not really that powerful. But I still think it would be too good in UU. Either way, BL seems where it belongs.

Currently in BL:

Celebi: Celebi's great versatility earns this IMO, it has so many sets that it can run so effectively. While not OU material,it can function quite well with a skilled user.

Crobat: True dat, being fast isn't enough. It belongs in UU IMO.

Jolteon: Sand teams devour it. Rain teams will pick it apart if they realize its scarfed. RestDration actually has little practical competitive use, and if it finds some, np with Jolteon beating it. Scarf Jolteon will also get dominated by Kingdra or Ludicolo, being unable to OHKO either by a long shot. Plus, most +1 DD Kingdras outspeed it anyways.

Ludicolo: I love mexican pineapples, but yeah, with Drizzle stuck in OU it's fine to move this down.

Mandibuzz: If there is ever a Pokemon that has been grossly overhyped, it's Mandibuzz. Having a Stealth Rock weakness, no efficent counter to Toxic, and a huge sign that says "Taunt me plox". I'm sorry but this deserves no place in OU.

Roserade: Agreed; its below spectacular speed regulate it below BL.

Scrafty: This guy is OP as fuck. Good riddance from my BL.

Togekiss: It's speed is surprisingly average. Scarf sets are easy to wall. Either way,it relies on flinches at one point or another, and SR weakness is more important than some peoplemay think.

Currently in UU:

Archeops: I'd honestly like to contest this. Only Stealth Rock exists. Yes, it is that big of a factor.

Azumarill: This thing hits like a fucking pony(that is to say, keldeo).Actually, I'd argue Choice Band Aqua jet is pretty huge, especially with prediction. Sap Sipper is a gimmick inferior to Huge Power anyways.

Braviary: Why dis in UU? Ehhh it's ok. But I don't see it dominating LU or anything.

Electivire: Back in 4th Gen, post-hype people realized Electivire actually doesn't actually destroy everything, because super effective =/= kill. Also, it's bulk is nothing special.

Houndoom: Es bro. But bro not good enough for UU. :c

Lapras: haha.

Moltres: I has no weak! ohwait

Registeel: Curse Registeel da best. seriously this thing is stronk

Sawsbuck: I've seen worse.Obv vulpix matters. But this thing is honestly not great.

Seismitoed: Cool frog bro.

Slowking: Eh, physical vs special actually matters a lot. But I guess it couldn't hurt.

Steelix: High defense must ban. Right? /sarcasm.

Stoutland: hahaha. hahaha. It's not that OP, despite what one would think I think. It pretty much fails out of sand. Even in sand it's not really gonna sweep except very rarely. Once again, assuming both playersin any one game have competent teams.

Venusaur: Please, get this out of the tier. Vulpix? Remember when people used to manually set up sun? Please no venusaur D:

Virizion: Really OP pony. Hurts and tanks like a boss. Move up of course.

Currently in LU:

Absol: *coughAmefetishcough*? Anyways, it hurts but prediction still beats it and it's pretty frail.

Crawdaunt: Even with 1 DD it's speed is far from the top; scarfers completely check it.

Exeggutor: Kinda on the fence; its speed is pretty poor. But I guess better safe than sorry.

Hariyama: Not on list of tier changes? Or maybe i have bad eyes Anyways, it hurts a lot. And some decent tankyness. I think it's fine.

Honchkrow: Geokrow too good. Honestly, it does tons of damage and is generally too good for LU.

Leafeon: Its movepool really is terrible. I don't know. I guess UU works.

Liepard: Completely luck reliant. I'm not sure. I don't think it's that powerful. It's just really luck reliant. Kinda like Moody, only won't sweep, and less powerful in general.

Primeape: Primerape #1... of NU. Agreed.

Qwilfish: Like mentioned, not as good without Drizzle. Hazards lead is good, but balanced.

Rampardos: Idk, trick room is pretty tempting. I guess we'll just have to see.

Regice: It's nice. But it's still not that fantastic. Some powerful fighting moves will tear it apart. Also, super bulky sacrifices offensive potential.

Regigas: haha. WTF is a regigigas? not a viable pokemon above NU, that's for sure

Relicanth: good defense, good. poor typing, bad. poor speed, bad.

Sigilyph: AHHHH. broken as fuck. idk if deserve BL though. well see

Throh: it's actually pretty bulky and has some punch. plus it can phaze. just my 2 cents

Vanilluxe: Agreed, NU is where it belongs.

Weezing: Yeah it's annoying. But annoying isn't enough. I highly, highly doubt anyone's gonna pull a SkarmBriss stall or anything on you with this. Quite manageable.

Currently in NU:

Basculin: Really weak. Less than desirable movepool, even for LU. I think it should stay.

Butterfree: hahaha. 1. Stealth Rock. 2. Anyone should know how much I support Sleep Clause. i hope thats nuff said.

Cinccino: Cute, yes. Op, no. Deserves to be in NU, no. Too good.

Combusken: You just mentioned why it's bad. Poor movepool, Eviolite denies surprise and better items, and without it you're really fragile. Oh, and it's stats are pretty poor compared to fully evolveds.

Cottonee: The Health argument works until you get wrecked without a sub. Oh yeah, grass types exist.. Try hurricaning with a Cottonee plox.

Cryogonal: *watches opponent poke Cryogonal with Tackle* *cries as it faints* Even with reflect, its defense is piss poor. its offense is nothing sweeper worthy. NU is fine.

Electrode: Too fast in the NU environment. Good offense for NU. Go up plox.

Fraxure: Now this is a real NFE. Unlike shit like Combusken it can actually do more than just Eviolite and be weak, though its still an option. Good poke is good.

Golduck: Actually pretty powerful. It can even go mixed w/ cross chop. May not sweeper tier, but definitely too stronk, and who knows, Calm Mind may be sweeper tier.

Gurdurr: No Lefties. No Life Orb. No surprises. If you go with a surprise set you just destroyed his viablitiy for a one shot deal. He's just not that good.

Jynx: Mixed feelings here. i think the speed + sleep is what makes me give it the LU vote.

Machoke: Dynamicpunch is strong yeah. But so are ghost types. And resistance. And counterattacking. I'd say it most definitely deserves a place in NU.

Magneton: Eviolite? Gl tanking ground moves. Anti ground item(ex Balloon)? Good luck tanking everything else.

Marowak: To be honest, people overestimate him. A lot. his attack looks ridiculous on paper. but he lacks the tools to make use of it. Still, I suppose he can go up to LU.

Murkrow: Too strong for NU? yeah. Any higher than LU? That's sketchy. It's kinda in the Liepard vein, it's highly annoying but real risk is low. Still, it's too much of a crutch for NU teams, so into LU you go.

Rhydon: Excuse me for saying so, but I think someone really has an NFE fetish << >>(idk who made these suggestions, but yeah) Double x4 weak too bad. Its speed is honestly also a big problem. I remember playing against someone with one of these long ago, it never did anything noteworthy. Pretty much just Rhy(in)ferior. *shot*

Tangela: Once again, grass type argument. Sleep Powder is no Spore, that's for sure. Its actual offense is quite weak, if otherwise you lose much needed bulk. Not really a great threat IMO.
