[Answered] Some General Questions about 7th street

Hi all, I am a new member to the forum, not new to the pokemon games.

one thing for sure is that reborn is unlike any other and that I am absolutely loving it. i played the game up until the battle with Ditto/ Arceus before I started looking at guides mainly to make sure I had not missed anything and I was astounded by the wealth of knowledge available. I was a little sad that the one guide only went up to Spinel Town, so I have been eagerly waiting for it to be updated.

One of the most fun and frustrating parts is the updates that happen, some of the events change a little and when reffering to old guides it gets a little confusing.

Anyway on to my questions. I understand that the stolen pokemon in the beginning of the game Magikarp was axed back in episode 11, however when I started in episode 15 the quest was still there. I got to the part where the aqua gang member said he sold it to someone on 7th street and that is where I have just got to. I beat the official 8th gym leader and am chasing down El/ Elias. It's my first time in 7th street because I was previously unaware of it. Anyway, I spoke to everyone I could on 7th street, without activating the next part of the El/ Elias event.

1) I could not find anyone that would have bought the ex magikarp. Does anybody know what the pokemon now is and where to get it? I then found another instance by the guy who is selling all the black market pokemon where a guy offers me a super rare pokemon for 500$ and it gets stolen too. From what I could find this is apparently a separate instance not related to the ex magikarp and is as of ep15 not yet complete? Am I correct or are these linked and complete?

2) I got the mission from the Aqua leader that we are going to attack the old lady. I am going to do this before I carry on with the El/Elias main story. Is there anything I should watch out for?

3) The guy who sells pokemon on the black market on 7th street. Apparently if you buy all the pokemon another pokemon will confront you and you can catch it? I could not find much on this. And apparently once you buy all the pokemon some new pokemon are introduced and can be bought? Is this true or is it only the pokemon that are on display that can be bought?

4) Lastly, are there any other noticable events linked to 7th street? I feel like despite playing for quite a while now I am not even anywhere near the end of the game which I I think is awesome.

I don't normally use guides to play, but I have noticed that compared to all other pokemon games, reborn is on a whole different level and I would hate to miss anything that I can't come back to

2.She has lvl 60 pokemons

3.When u buy all of them u get an item and there will be no new pokemons

4.U can get a Piplup there is an event u can check the pokemon location guide for more info.And there is an event that lets u get a Tyrantrum and an Aurorus if u have a Helix fossil

Thanks for the quick reply, now to hunt for the helix fossil.

I have one other question if I may. The squirtle event that replaced mudlkip - I spoke to the guy to activate the event, but when I go to the location there is no squirtle :/? Did I do something wrong? I have been there when there is rain and when there is thinderstorms but no luck.

The scientist who activates the event said "the pokemon may have already been collected by someone else who knows"

Xellon should have answered everything but let me give it in more details.

1. The quest to find the stolen Pokemon is not complete as of eps 15. And it is not confirmed to be a magikarp yet. Gyarados used to be in the game but now is removed.

2. She has lv 60 pokemon. and if you beat her, you'll get TM 18: rain dance (both teams will give you this).

3. As of eps 15, that's the only pokemons that you can bought. After you bought all of them, you will get lucky egg.

4. Helix cult will ask you to do some sidequests for them if you are in possession of Helix fossil. But they will hold the sidequest if you also bring dome fossil when talking, so get rid of dome fossil first before talking to them. Expect "Slayer of Trees" and "The Messiah".

5. *your extra question* = you need to go back to eps 14.5/6 then talk to the guy during the stormy night. Then squirtle can be found on mudkip's place during the sunny day.

I literally just did it and team magma gave me sunny day, so both teams will not give rain dance. And he doesn't need to go back to a previous episode just go there on a normal/sunny day and squirtle will be there.

I am sure I have been there on a normal day (my memory fails me now, but I will go back and check on my next normal/ sunny day...

Also I got rainy day from the old lady then in one of the caves the magma leader was waiting to battle and after defeating him I got sunny day
