I know I have to talk to the aqua gang leader to get access to 7th street, but he says nothing about 7th street and when I go to the appartment building, the lady doesn't let me in. Fumble Posted October 27, 2015 Share Posted October 27, 2015 You have to get your eighth badge, but in E15, you can get the Exp Share from finding the lady in Spinel Town's furniture. 7th Street doesn't have the Exp Share anymore, just the Lucky Egg.
