I lost it on my fight with the Dusknoir from the clown in Agate Circus. I was wondering if there's anyway to get it back or if there are other locations in which I can get one. 0 asterlicks Posted October 28, 2015 Share Posted October 28, 2015 (edited) Don't know about Mystic Water, but you can mine rocks (optionally soft-resetting with F12) until you get a Splash Plate, which will give you the same +20% boost to water moves, or buy a Wave/Sea Incense from the Department Store.
