And also you can buy it from a certain guy off 7th Street. Mine rocks don't regen, so this item is like gold.

yeah, i buyed it from that guy, but it was that guy that talks and talks and talks about nothing for year, and then it sold me it. i think i will go back and buy more, seems like a very good item

That guy wont talk as much when you talk to him again.

You can also get blast powder from Pokemon with the ability "Pickup" at levels 1-60, with Blast Powder being most common at levels 51-60.

If you are mining, I would recommend you soft reset at every rock, just so you can guarantee some of the rarer items you can find.

Nope, it's a different combination every time. Only keep a rock that gives you a fossil, plate, or even a revive.

Oh, so the items do stay, but no where they are.

I know this is offtopic, but do the fosils repit? i mean, if i lose one in the past, do it will apear again?

I feel bad for the english speaking that have to read what i wrioth, my english isnt good

1. The items are decided upon a RNG each time you start mining. Due to this, the items will be different each time.

2. Yes, fossils repeat.
