Yeah, using high-leveled pickup slaves, although is kinda hard there is like 1% chance to get them (you can have 6 pickupslaves working at the same time though)

You can use any Pickup Pokemon as a Pickup slave, although yes, Zigzagoon is commonly used because it also learns a lot of TMXs.

You can found two Mons with Pickup on Opal Ward, Meowth, Pachirisu/Zigzagoon (event).

Teddiursa is found at Peridot Ward as an event.
