BigUnderscoreYazza
Reborn is not a ROM Hack. It was made from the ground up with the aid of Pokemon Essentials, which has been used with several other fangames like Zeta/Omicron, Insurgence, Ethereal Gates and Rejuvenation. It is a stand-alone .exe file.
