Pokemon Event Trigger

So I spotted Teddiursa last night on its first location, but didn't bother to catch it then.

The next night, I saw Zangoose in one of the alleyways and chased it once. I tried to look for it, but since I didn't have access to Obsidia just yet, I couldn't check the other places where it could be.

So I tried to change my time to a clear night to look for Teddiursa again but I've checked all six locations where it could be and didn't find it.

Did finding Zangoose that one time in any way affect Teddiursa's event?

I've already gotten the first badge AND Cut now but can't seem to find Teddiursa (clear night) nor Zangoose (rainy night). Restarting the game might help me but yeah, can there only be one event at a time?

Resolved: Well never mind. I think an event resets if you don't finish it till you get the Pokemon. I saw Teddiursa again in its very first location after I finished getting Spoink. Now to look for Zangoose...

I think Teddiursa only appears on clear/sunny days, but I'm not sure.

Normally Zangoose should appear on windy and stormy nights, not sure if he appears on rainy night.

It had to be night time for Teddiursa. For me anyway. Hehe~

As for Zangoose... well I can't access Team Aqua and Magma Hideouts yet so... never mind that for now. >_<

Yeah that was the first time I found Teddiursa, before I defeated Julia. I was just like meh do it later.
