Igglybuff ep 15.

So i read that i have to enter a building and talk to the woman that has igglybuff and then enter another building which is supposed to have 2 grunts inside but there are none, am i missing something? also she doesn't have the supposed cleffa, just igglybuff.

The event has changed so yea, it has Igglybuff instead of Cleffa now. And I believe you have to enter that building during the night to start it.

talk to the old lady first, then enter the building with the 2 grunts.....did you beat the first gym?

As Derpy Simon said it has to be night time. Go to her then, then go to the second building which is just down and to the right, you will see the grunts then go back to her fight them and get the igllybuff. Cleffa is available much later I believe.

TL DR do the event at night time
