To get it, go to any participating McDonalds and use their wifi (which is free) to access a mystery gift. There is about a month to obtain this little guy, as the offer ends December 23. If you are one of those nuts who will go out today to shop, be sure to stop by McDonalds for lunch. I'll probably get the little guy next week. They have a mystery gift function but rather than using it they decide that they have to make you go to a mcdonalds and that if you aren't a North American you can go stuff yourself. Thanks anyway. I'm sure this helped those of you in countries that Nintendo doesn't ignore IIRC there were/will be Hoopa events in other regions, so everyone can get him eventually.Guess I'll have to hop into a McDonald's and get Hoopa while I'm on break. Also, if we haven't driven McDonalds out of the country due to it not being competitive enough. Not to mention, being an event does not really mean it's available in all countries. Add to that, the people who could not go to the place due to various responsibilities. Do not forget the shy ones who won't pull out a gameboy in a random place and start downloading pokemon.
