0 Odybld Posted December 13, 2015 Share Posted December 13, 2015 As the King of the Item Guide I can assure you there is no Shell Bell in E15. There was one previously, replaced by a ...Shoall Shell. You can't convert the Shoal items into it either. What you read was prolly an episode changelog, which means that the item now works properly. Wasn't always the case.
