damurdara
Since most electric types focus on speed rather than attack. with the exception of Magnezone. What are some that have OP Attack or SP Attack?
Lord_Ludo
Well currently available in the game, Elektross is powerful, and the whole no weakness thing is always a plus. Other than that, Heliolisk is solid, as well as Ampharos (its slow tho) and Magnezone, as you said.
wytch_doctr
additionally, Galvantula is a pretty good shout with 2 weaknesses and good spatk and speed. It is a pain to find though
GenOneRaisedGenY
Out of what you can catch and raise early on, Sturdy Magnezone with Thunder Wave is super handy to have in Reborn, since it can paralyze overpowered opponents then get a hit in before going down. In the late game, Rotom is worth raising because of its versatility. It allows you to switch between five different types on the fly, so you can change up your team's typing in preparation for a tough fight (ie. a Gym Leader) without having to raise a new Pokemon. Also, Levitate is always great to have on an Electric type.
DJWongTong
Rotom-Wash who is available relatively late into the game combines a fantastic defensive typing with very well rounded stats opening the possibilities of many different roles on a team from fast offense/scarfer to a physical or special tank with status support. It also has different typings accompanied by different coverage moves which allows it to fill out your type chart.
Raindrop Valkyrie
I'll trumpet that Eelektross one, Eelektroos has a pretty great Movepool... sadly I think in REborn it has a bit of issues tapping into it' special Side, but it's Physical Coil Set isn't too shabby and can be pretty effective. It gets draining moves to recover health and deal damage at the same time and it's just a pretty solid mon. Sturdy on Magnezone isn't no joke and it's not something to take lightly. With that big SpAtk stat it going to hit something HARD. Rotom just for sheer versatility. If the TMs for Overheat/Flamethrower are ever out, Manectric and Zebstrika should be pretty usable too, they have pretty shallow movepools but between a Fire move and Elec STAB they fill their role pretty well. ((it's good to hope they get an HP that can let them deal with Ground types as well, but as that's random unless you want to go and breed a lot it's hard to 100% get a certain one.)). They are fast and hit hard enough. Zeb is probably more usable right now. Mosty reccomneding these as well since... I dunnohow far you are and they are pretty good early game/middle game Elec types even with their somewhat shallow movepool just due to their speed and ability to hit pretty hard. valfische
I give love for Electrode It has high Speed, Sp.A and Sp.D Downside is the defense Having discharge works best with it and having explosion as a great sacrificial attack If you are in the red
Odybld
Well, you need to evolve it pretty late to get Thunderbolt, the Tutor for Hyper Voice is not yet in the game, you need to S/R for a good Hidden Power type and it needs any coverage it can get... but Solar Powe Heliolisk with a Ninetales for the weather can just break anything in its path. Tbolt, Dark Pulse, Grass Knot, HP Ice or even Fire to abuse sun, even perhaps Echoed Voice, if you can fire the first one and kill something weakened, nothing stops you from spamming it under sun. Anyway, that's the single best offensive electric. Really hard hitter really fast too.

RainbowHugs
I would say probably Manectric because it is a very fast hard hitting special attacker, it has a great variety in moves such as, Discharge and Flamethrower, it is overall a great hard hitter and can outspeed most opponents, but another that does that very well too is Zebstrika, these are two electric types you don't want to mess with! Arisato
^ Manectric is boss. Raichu w/ timid nature and Lightningrod is pretty good - fast and hits hard if you can get a Nasty Plot in - but it's kinda frail and a HUGE pain to level up from Pichu, especially if you want Discharge. But you could always just go to the move tutor and teach it thunderbolt. Or give Pikachu the light ball.
