Apps/Gadgets/Devices in Pokemon world

What is your favourite gadget in pokemon world? My personal favourite is Poketch for its nifty step counts(hatching a lot of eggs) and friendship checker(gen 4 has a lot of evolution requiring friendship)

Pokenav in ORAS, because

-I never used it, but the Dexnav is really cool

-Trainer rematches are almost instant and don't require it to be a certain time at a certain day

-Areanav makes it a lot easier to navigate the water routes

Pokenav because it's extremely convient and just over all a very useful tool.

I'm jumping on the Pokenav bandwagon. It is just by far the most interactive and helpful of them. I really couldn't stand the Poketch. It looked like it could be good but was executed poorly in my opinion.

I'll be honest, I never really used the radio at all because I always liked listening to the natural atmosphere the devs had crafted, so that's just another point for the Pokénav.

Pokenav was the most useful. Gave you clear insight on who you could rematch and such as well, which I really liked!

I liked... What was the gen 2 one? That one.

I liked being called by people you've fought before. Even if they didn't have a rematch to call you about, just some random tidbit about their life, I enjoyed that. I felt like the world was a bit more believable, having people interact with you at opportunities other than specific story triggers or when you press A in front of them. Just some people out there who want to say hi and tell you about their day.

Does the Xtranceiver count coz I liked that one (mostly 'cause of Yancy's sidequest hehe)

The Poketch was horrible imo. Not only was the screen mostly an ugly shade of green and I have to stare at it like, all the time, collecting the apps was super tedious for me. x_x

I really liked the Pokegear! The radio was fun and trainers calling you was something that I've always liked. It's just nice to see people take their time to dial your number and ask about your day...say hi... I really really like that! ^v ^

I second this. I found myself using the poketch the most out of all the gadgets

Had to vote for the P*DA, what a classic. As a nifty little catalogue for the shadows in the game, it was definitely nice. The PokeSpot features in XD were nice to have on there too.

Oh, and I totally didn't vote this just so C-gear would be in last place
