anethia
Now this is a team for UU battles and such. If I can remember correctly another user has a team remniscent of this. I did not steal it! I made this before I came to Reborn! (F) @ Focus Sash Trait: Technician EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spd Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk) - Swords Dance - Rock Smash - Bug Bite - Pursuit A very good attacking lead for the UU metagame. The typical match is SD+ Attacks (obviously) and sometimes I can 6-0 teams easily. FS for lead usages. (M) @ Choice Scarf Trait: Flame Body EVs: 4 Def / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk) - Focus Blast - Flamethrower - Hidden Power [ice] - Thunderbolt Magmortar is a really good attacker/sweeper. FB for Rock types that stray in, T-Bolt for any Water and Flying types. HP Ice for Ground types and other things. Flamethrower for OBVIOUS reasons. (F) @ Leftovers Trait: Own Tempo EVs: 252 HP / 4 SAtk / 252 Spd Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk) - Quiver Dance - Petal Dance - Hidden Power [ice] - Aromatherapy Lilligant is amazing for sweeping. I get QD's up then start the sweeping. Petal Dance for amazing grass attacks though as I am forced into this move it can get annoying. HP Ice for Flying types. Aromatherepy to heal Status Inflictions that would otherwise cripple my team. (F) @ Leftovers Trait: Marvel Scale EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SAtk Calm Nature (+SDef, -Atk) - Rest - Scald - Dragon Tail - Sleep Talk Milotic is the simple wall for my team. It's the common moveset for Milotic's. Rest to heal up damage and Status Scald for STAB and damage. Sleep Talk hits opponents in my sleep easily and D-Tail for stat boosting stop. (M) @ Leftovers Trait: Sturdy EVs: 252 Atk / 76 Def / 180 SDef Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk) - Stealth Rock - Rapid Spin - Ice Shard - Earthquake Donphan is my simple Rapid Spinner and then I SR. Afterwards I use EQ and Ice Shard to chip off HP . (M) @ Choice Band Trait: Huge Power EVs: 252 Atk / 76 Def / 180 SDef Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk) - Aqua Jet - Waterfall - Superpower - Ice Punch Azumarill is absolutely beast. Aqua Jet for quick hitting and Waterfall for Hard-Hitting moves. Superpower is just for any Steel types that may apear though half of the time I just Waterfall them. Ice Punch is just for Grass Types. Powerslave/Mako's set Needing suggestions! Scyther (F) @ Focus Sash Trait: Technician EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spd Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk) - Swords Dance - Rock Smash - Bug Bite - Pursuit Magmortar (M) @ Choice Scarf Trait: Flame Body EVs: 4 Def / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk) - Focus Blast - Flamethrower - Hidden Power [ice] - Thunderbolt Lilligant (F) @ Leftovers Trait: Own Tempo EVs: 252 HP / 4 SAtk / 252 Spd Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk) - Quiver Dance - Petal Dance - Hidden Power [ice] - Aromatherapy Milotic (F) @ Leftovers Trait: Marvel Scale EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SAtk Calm Nature (+SDef, -Atk) - Rest - Scald - Dragon Tail - Sleep Talk Donphan (M) @ Leftovers Trait: Sturdy EVs: 252 Atk / 76 Def / 180 SDef Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk) - Stealth Rock - Rapid Spin - Ice Shard - Earthquake Azumarill (M) @ Choice Band Trait: Huge Power EVs: 252 Atk / 76 Def / 180 SDef Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk) - Aqua Jet - Waterfall - Superpower - Ice Punch Edited February 23, 2012 by Shirinui
Aero
How do you handle the somewhat popular Darmanitan/Roserade/Rhyperior combo? Those three in conjunction maul through your entire team.
Phazer
Popular?? That's uncommon.
Aero
Well for me it was very popular >_> but I never played on reborn.
Noivy
Hm. Most of the time I use Vulpix UU sun teams. But seeing that Lilligant makes me weary. I like Syther. One thing though, Why a focus sash? I've seen evolite Sythers rip other teams to absolute shreds, and a friend of mine once swept my sun team once it actually survived a Heat Wave in the sun. Syther's too epic for a sash.
anethia
Okay then I guess it could use some extra defense. The main point for the sash was for SD to work and I would not be OHKO'd but in the long run an Eviolite would be betetr
Phazer
Nope, sash is better. Trust me. That set up kills, Scizor is much better then Scyther, but this is a UU team, so never mind. Edited February 24, 2012 by Phazer
