In case you don't know for some god-forsaken reason, this is the Official_Discussion_Thread_For_A_HORRENDOUSLY_WRITTEN GUIDE™ from yours truly.

Anything that I missed? Any writing errors? Any suggestions? Any way for me to improve my shitty formatting?

In other news, the poll results are out!

As much as I would like (and by like, I mean DESPISE) to be the mother of 12 children with different fathers (or mothers, I roll either way), sadly I can't do that as taking care of 12 children and being pregnant for 30% of my life seriously hinders my writing abilities. (And also cause I'm underage in about 20 countries and it'd be illegal)

So guess we're going with the second highest, A_Horrendously_Written_Guide_to_Rejuvenation™!!

Ah, that makes the battle a little more difficult. I'll update that in the guide.

I only tested with a Ground and Flying attack, which I realized too late, that BOTH Electric and Steel are weak to and resist respectively.

Cause I'm stupid.

I didn't know whether you fought Sirius or Sigmund at Yureyu had any impact later on. Well played, Ame.

I'm assuming Sigmund's team is the same as in Yureyu, yes? I'm too lazy to load up my backup save file and beat Serra reach this point of the game again. I'm also assuming that his Pokemon are lower leveled than Sirius' (again, just like in Yureyu).

EDIT: Didn't go and check Kuma's Big Book of Bosses cause I'm stupid.

inb4 whether you choose to save Anna&Noel/Laura changes another thing later on

(I chose to save Laura here on my Guide playthrough, so I should be able to catch any changes later on. Emphasis on should.)

I've mostly been loving the guide and think it is hilarious for the most part.

However, in the most recent part there is one thing that rubs me the wrong way, and that is the way that you refer to Adrienn's gender.

While this is probably for comedic purposes (and it is possible the way it's annoying me is just because I'm no fun), I really don't like the fact that you refer to Adrienn as he/she/it. Like Adrienn, many people here identify as non-binary and that is their gender choice and is no less valid than male and female. By referring to xem as a male/female/it you are either misgendering xem or turning xem into an object which I'm not so keen on.

Also lines like "Adrienn confesses itself to be a non-binary which, for some inexplicable reason, Radomus is already familiar with. The old bum outtrended the trendy teenager" make non-binary people sound like people who are just being trendy hipsters whose gender identity is something that they chose just to be different. I don't consider people's gender choice to be a trend, but an important aspect of who they are.

Once again, I might be taking this way too seriously (it's possible even the non-binary people here will not be bothered by this) but it is the one major flaw I see in an otherwise great guide.

Ah, I see. I confess that's mostly for comedic purposes and also cause I'm not familiar with terms like xe, xem, xyr etc. (I mostly refer to gender ambiguous people as he/she depending on how they rub off on me)

I didn't expect anyone to be offended, but if anyone is, I would like to sincerely apologize in advance.

Anyways, I'm gonna change up this part ASAP so that it'll be less-offensive and be more enjoyable for everyone.

Use Tinypic for image hosting transparent pics - You don't even need an account so you attract no attention to yourself

Enjoying the guide so far, you do know how to tell a pretty tale.

But lemme just say this, I couldn't help but tear up when you said that you had to go through the Obsidia Slums to access coral ward.

Mate there's been a bypass for that ever since the first PULSE machine was destroyed. Specifically this at this nook:

*ok here's where i would post a screen shot of said nook if i wasn't a total scrub and could figure out how to upload a damn image*

There's a path through the top of the huge crack in the street. You cant miss it, it's just outside the candy shop. It was blocked when you first enter Obsidia but once you defeat the tangrowth it gets unblocked.

Now I can only imagine the horrors you had to face when going through the Slums every single time you needed to go to coral ward. ;-;

Also can I just say, I did find a workaround for the Demon Ditto arceus obstacle.You can have the story progress without having to defeat it, but....

BUT.

You need to choose El when you are asked who to trust. You get ripped to shreds and El 'spares' you because you chose to side with him.

Then Radomus pulls the whole Gradevoir maneuver on El while the arceus ditto just stands watching (kinda hilarious imo).

tbh if I wasn't following your guide I probably would have been fine with going that way but when you said

"If you sided with El, please close this guide, dig a hole, lie in it and calmly reevaluate your existence."

I knew I had to legit defeat it or forever hang my head in shame.

So I spent half a day assembling the avengers a Godkiller team consisting of three rogenrollas with Sturdy and sand attack, two onixes with screech and Sturdy,

and my Ace Blaziken.

Ditto went down even before I bought out my Blaziken. Now I never need to fear any lv 75 monsters any more. All thanks to that one line you said. Muchas gracias, domo arigato .

(inb4 Ame throws in a lv 100 monster with Keen Eye in the next update, i'll be downright screwed then)

Regarding the bypass at Obsidia Ward, I just went back to check and let me just say I have never felt more suicidal than I am now.

27 hours of game time. And everytime I wanted to get to Coral Ward. Through the DEMON SLUMS. Everytime.

Even if there were easier ways out (Perish Songer or what you just said about siding with El)
