Must Have Mons And Items

I started a new Playthrough, and i want to know if there are ANY mons that are good, or must have at all, same with rare items, where do i get the must have items and mons

If you already did a playthrough then you should know what worked, or at least what didn't work.

Or look into the FAQ before asking these kind of questions because you've posted about 8 topics about things that you could've easily found back if you put a little bit more effort into searching for answers before asking.

Rejuvenation, not Reborn. Although it's kinda the same, aside from the Reborn City part.
