Simon Posted February 10, 2016 Share Posted February 10, 2016 The Breeding Guide / Recommendable Sets by Etesian can show you how to get some nifty moves on Sylveon such as Wish or Trump Card. But to answer your question, based off of what I've seen by other people who use it, a moveset of Moonblast, Shadow Ball, Light Screen, and Hidden Power (if you have a good one)/Trump Card/Wish/Swift/Calm Mind (if you have the TM from an older save file) can work.
