Mistyride
I know the Chocolate Ice Cream is a healing item. Also, do they actually melt?
Matryoshka
All of them work as healing items and also raise pokemons happiness. Unfortunately, I can't remember how much hp each flavor restores...
Xiri
Vanilla - 30HP (I think?) Choc - 50 HP Strawberry - 90 HP The rare Blue Moon Ice Cream raises a mon's happiness to maximum level - but if you do come across one - I advise you to not use it directly because it might serve useful later on~
wytch_doctr
the Blue Moon Ice Cream also heals the HP to full iirc, or near full. Also, there is an NPC which you can trade ice cream with in exchange for Honey
Lugruf
Blue Moon Ice Cream restores 200 HP and maxes happiness. Also it can be traded for Heracronite and Pinsirite later on, and there's speculation about some sort of future event if you give Tania one in the Water Treatment Center but nothing confirmed yet as far as i know apart from a different dialogue.
