She'll just release it when its done and gone through alpha and beta besting. There is no way to tell when its done. Checking out the development blog is the best you can get. It might've been someone's guess for when it'll be released. Right now there are predictions ranging from October to January of next year. I remembered earlier this year i've read that it always release spring every year. E15 came out in early June, E14 came out in December 2014.
