I believe I said one and a half(But don't quote me on that >_<). The point is that there's room for them both to be on the pillar, just not much. It's supposed to be cramped to make melee attacks harder to execute

I think it was fair, although I forget what Mommo's stats were when she changes

But I'm catching up and I'm not sure how you're A) dodging a flurry of machinegun fire while flying straight at the source*. And B) flying at high speed while carrying a giant rock, particularly when you only have one usable arm

*Speed =/= reflexes. You can't juke around individual bullets with a high speed stat. That's a key component of this RP and something I've been pushing extremely hard from the start

I didn't dodge the bullets, actually. I only dodged the water grenade. Which is why Tai still got glazed by the bullets.

Hm, I should change my wording to a more solid "Hit". You get the idea, tho.

Dodging the water grenade allows me to keep my Fire Shield and gain some resistance against bullets, giving me the chance to deal the finishing blow.

As I said, I'm still catching up, I was referring to the previous post

He approached the giant by moving in a spiral toward them, while avoiding the barrage of bullets.

That's not how flying towards a machiengun works

Also finished reading the current post (instead of just skimming it). Your character doesn't "use their reflex bonus." That's something that occurs out of character. All it does is let you ignore your opponents input into the success of a dodge. you still have to actually come up with a maneuver that lets you dodge

It works the same for all of the mech abilities except Speed. They aren't an action in and of themselves, that just let you ignore PvP etiquette and automatically complete an action to your benefit

...apologies, I might have stepped out of line this time. I'll be fixing quite a bit of things in the IC post...

Very well, I'll:

1) Give a reasonable avoiding movement to the Water Grenades
2) Continue the fight for a more logical solution.

With that said, I'll get to work.

Until I give further notice, I'll be offline for an indeterminate amount of time.

Tachi: feel free to determine the outcome of the battle and then bunny Lawrence until I get back. I will be coming back eventually, though, so keep him alive, please.

[EDIT]: Nevermind about the absence; WiFi will be coming to our house on Friday.

Wait... what just happened?

I seroiusly have no clue as to how I got three posts from one.

Edit: Actually, the post times are different now that I'm looking at them. I wonder if something happened when I hit the "More reply options" button.

IntSys, we can wrap this up tomorrow when I get home, cuz I haven't been home this past 4 weeks (vacation and stuff) and I'm way too tired right now before the trip home to poop out something I'd be happy with

Aye aye then, cya

Well, that was... unexpected. I was expecting Mommo to win after that. Is a draw even possible in this? I never really thought about it until now. Interesting outcome, either way. That looked like a good fight.

Really, it goes by your definition of "down". Tai did not fight on because it's actually silly and ridiculous to use the legs to continue the fight, and it would be awkward as well, unable to dish out enough damage to finish Mommo off.

That said, Tai was dead meat as well floating on the surface, not really capable of doing much aside from paddling himself around with the two legs.

Tai and Mommo went down really close to each other, so really, I wouldn't dare to say which of us actually "went down" first. I'm still inclined to give Mommo the win, though. She deserved it after putting up with the shenanigans Tai had.

Well, guess this is it. The big bang, the last pull to the finish. I had to pull out a few things I was planning to keep on the down low till later, but... eh, not much harm done

Just wanna say Komodo, however this ends, it was fun fighting you :P

I'll say the same. I even showed off Morgan's jealous, angry side in this last post. To be honest, I actually wanted to get her angry earlier in the match to make it a chaotic clash of beasts, but I could find the right place to put it in. Still, I feel like this will suffice for now.

Anyways, that was a fun match. I hope everyone else's is like this.

Alright, I believe that's everyone. Mommo, Kagari, Hiroki, and Morgan are the winners (I think that's right, I'm really sleepy RN)

I'll get to starting the next phase later-like. But before that I should like to inform you all of something:

Former Ruler of the Plane of Lust, the Second God: Future Seeker (AKA Sarah Argyle) was added to the NPCs section back when the Combat Phase started

Oh BTW, in case you're wondering why the throwing weapon is Firepower, it's because of her ability causing it to sometimes be launched even when she's not actually throwing it. Fuckery FTW!

Alright, Travel phase is go

Side quest available for Tai: Visit the Diviner and ask him a question about mental projection
