D'awwww. Look at the little baby Sandshrew. This set exactly the same as the standard Excadrill. Swords Dance when you can. After that dominate. Obviously, this isn't supposed to be in OU, so don't bother. In fact, I'm sure this thing would have to be LC or NU. 392 speed isn't very fast, but it's enough to get things done. So uh have fun killing things with this little snookem' wookem ~~~

This set is made for a NU or LU team as a Stealth Rocker or Rapid Spinner. Its a fairly reliable tank and due to the Super Fang can chip away at the other tanks in NU and LU. I debated for a long time on the last move for this guy but after a few test I just decided on the Toxic because...well...who DOESN'T like Toxic. That move is mostly up to you though. So have fun with the stuffinstein.
