Please include an introductory paragraph that gives us insight for what your team wants to do. Right now the only readable part is the Importable. Please rework on your topic and write under each member which roles you want them to fill in your team. Give us an in-depth explanation of what you want to do, so we can provide the most suitable suggestions that don't change the whole focus of the team, or just what you had in mind while building it. #remove-eRMT

Step1: Reconsider your mega. Audino is far from viable in OU, since it's outclassed by many other pokemon, most notably Clefable, which is a Fairy type with a better ability, not as good defensive stats, but much wider movepool. Usually you'd want to build around your mega of choice, so I'll leave that for now, since it wont be the focus of the team. Take note that effectively we might only keep half the team. If you disagree with that, do not read beyond this point.

Step2: Ok, first of all I see you want to build a more stall-ish team, so we will keep some pokemon, while alter others in order to fit the archetype more. In fact, we will have 1 or 2 (not sure yet) sweepers that will work late-game to clean what your walls have weakened.

So I came up with specially defensive Skarmory in this set:

Skarmory @ Leftovers
Ability: Sturdy
EVs: 248 HP / 8 Def / 252 SpD
Careful Nature
- Iron Head
- Spikes
- Roost
- Whirlwind

I needed to pair it with a physically defensive partner that has good synergy, and you didn't have a mega at this point so say hello to your new partner in crime, Mega Charizard X, in a DDD set

Charizard @ Charizardite X
Ability: Blaze
EVs: 248 HP / 100 Def / 160 Spe
Impish Nature
- Will-O-Wisp
- Flare Blitz
- Roost
- Earthquake

Step3: Zard does not appreciate hazards, especially when he comes first time into the field, but since our Skarm is supposed to be a hard counter for special sweepers, we will keep your Starmie as a spinner, albeit with the option to use Reflect Type. When surrounded by Dark types, Ferrothorn, Landorus-T or Scizor, you'll love this change. It helps keep Starmie alive a little longer, while turning weaknesses into resistances. Sure, you'll need to pivot some more, but it's ok. Just change the last move on the set you already have and you are ready.
Step4: Speaking of pivots, SpD Raikou is not a bad option so keep it. Just tweak the EVs a bit. Had your team inspired more offense, I would choose a choice specs set. Now, make sure you have 244+ minimum Spe EVs and 252 SpA. If there's anything left drop it to SpD.
Step5: Since we got bulky Raikou in there, why not create a volt/turn core with Scizor? This little fellow will fill a lot of roles for your team, but fear not, your team-mates can cover up his weaknesses. To further increase his damage potential, while still keeping the premise of the team, we let Scizor join our local Band.

Scizor @ Choice Band
Ability: Technician
EVs: 248 HP / 252 Atk / 8 SpD
Adamant Nature
- Bullet Punch
- U-turn
- Superpower
- Knock Off

Step6: We have one last spot left. Let's take a look at our weaknesses and find the most suitable glue. Ok so far we have a nice defensive core, a volt/turn support team that has good enough synergy with the defense core, providing chances for Skarm to set its spikes and Zard to start dancing to victory, and we also have Starmie that can spam Scald for burns and spin hazards away, as Zard really hates those. So what you need in your sixth slot is mainly a pokemon that can set up SR and either pass status or support with constant chip damage. I was thinking Hippo, T-Tar, Celebi, but ended up suggesting Clefable, because it doesn't care about enemy hazards and/or status, and I felt like I owed you a Fairy as compensation for Audino.

Clefable @ Leftovers
Ability: Magic Guard
EVs: 252 HP / 172 Def / 84 SpD
Calm Nature
- Stealth Rock
- Moonblast
- Thunder Wave
- Soft-Boiled

Comments: Raikou and Scizor form a nice offensive core that deals with a multitude of threats that would otherwise bring Zard and Skarm low on health fast. Remember that the current meta doesn't have hard counters to everything, so use the duo to scout enemy moves, sets, and playstyle. Once you've got that figured out, move on with your plan to chip away damage with your defensive pokemon and random move spam, while setting up your hazards. You may need to time your attacks well, especially since this will be a team that focuses on pivoting and switching around like mad men. It's a balanced leaning towards defense team, with no member being a pure sweeper (apart from Zard X in occasions). On paper it looks good, but you'll have to watch out for certain Wallbreakers that roam the fields. Examples include Hoopa-U, Kyurem-B, Zard-Y, and Specs Keldeo.

Can we already change the RMT guidelines to an actualized version with tools that actually function? Everything there is left at Gen5 for chrissakes, and we're approaching the ends of oras. All this is made by the eRMT tool of the site, which should have worked once to good effect... but not anymore.

I fully support this. That eRMT has been out of date for ages, either update it or just remove it. As it is, it is useless for this site.
