End of Ep. 15 Inaccessible Areas?

I'm not sure if it's just me, but is it really not possible to return to the Spinel Town area after completing Episode 15? I've checked Route 1 and the Underground Railnet, but the path to the mountain from Route 1 is gone and the gate in the Railnet is closed, even though the puzzle is complete. It's a slight source of distress for me, actually -- one of my main motivators for finishing everything after getting a Plume Fossil from the Circus was the possibility of extracting an Archeops...

the Underground Railnet puzzle is resolvable, so you can solve it like you normally did in the story and you should be fine. As for the Route 1, I think there's a path into the mountain from South Aventurine Woods, I just can't remember exactly which.

Actually I used Fly to go to Onyx Ward (since almost every other town I fly to puts me in an unmovable spot) then I go to the railnet via Obsidia Town if I every want to go to Chystolia Cove or Spinal Town.

I've never heard that Chrysolia is inaccessible after e15. As far as I know and from what I remember, it should be perfectly accessible on the normal way from the Subrailnet puzzlr, which may have to be resolved again.

I did do half the side quests only after finishing ep15, including breeding for better Pokemon when there was nothing else to do. I remember going to Chrysolia after ep15 to get a Farfetch'd for the Tyrunt fossil event, and therefore I think I can say that Chrysolia should be perfectly open to you as normal.
