Magmizer after capture magby

First, I would like to say sorry if this is considered a identical post, but is there any way except rebooting the whole game from the beggining in order to get magmizer?

I doubt there's any other way, though like in the thread you recently commented about, if you're lucky enough, it's a possible hold item.
