Maerynn
Hello, I recently discovered this gem, and really look forward to play it. Quickly though, a problem occured to me : I work on a lot of different computers. and I don't have a lot of time each time to really advance in the story. The "solution" would be for me to play a little bit on each computer, but the save file is stored on the user folder. So here is my question : Is it possible to install and play the game on a USB stick, and continue the same game on another computer ? Tartar
I play the game on Dropbox, where the main game folder resides. Though every time I change computer I have to manually put the save file into the Dropbox and put it on the other computer to continue the game. So you can just put the game folder on a USB and play it from there, but you'll have to copy the save file from said computer to continue off of that save. Lugruf
Here I come to save the day! http://www.pokemonreborn.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=20828 You just need to have both this program and the game in your USB and you'll be able to play in any computer, becuase the save file is stored in the program. Just know that it only works in Windows Edited June 9, 2016 by Lugruf
alaneapen
I usually download the game files on all the computers and I always back the save on Dropbox. So I basically alternate the saves between the Saved Games folder and Dropbox.

Tartar
I've mever used dropbox so I don't know. Can you test it and tell me if you don't mind? Well, it definitely works if you put the zip file on DropBox, and the save file syncs too. Though for some reason I had to put the save file manually into the save file folder for it to be recognized. Weird...

Install Reborn on every machine (or run it from a USB), and then set your save file folder as your dropbox folder in the dropbox app. Save should sync every time it's updated. How would I change the location of the save file folder?
