So, this is a new team I made awhile back. It's so-so I believe.

AT A GLANCE

diancie.gifklefki.gifexcadrill.gifrotom-wash.gifweavile.giftalonflame.gif

So, as you can see, this is a team centered around Mega Diancie.

THE TEAM

diancie.gif

Princess (Diancie-Mega) @ Diancite

Ability: Clear Body
EVs: 248 SpA / 8 Atk / 252 Spe
Naive Nature
- Protect
- Moonblast
- Diamond
- Hidden Power [Fire]
So, I always like to have a Mega on my teams and I wanted to try out Mega Diancie.
klefki.gif
Crooks Key (Klefki) (M) @ Light Clay
Ability: Prankster
EVs: 248 HP / 8 SpD / 252 Def
Impish Nature
- Thunder Wave
- Reflect
- Light Screen
- Foul Play
I knew I needed a stealth rock setter, but I thought instead of a stealth rock setter, why not go with Reflect/Light Screen. I also saw many people go with Klefki so I thought of trying it out. So, basically, Klefki is the pokémon I always lead with in order to set up Reflect/Light Screen. Also, if it doesn't faint, I just put Thunder Wave and then try to attack with Play Rough.
excadrill.gif
Excavate (Excadrill) (M) @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Mold Breaker
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Earthquake
- Rapid Spin
- Iron Head
- Rock Slide
Even though Excadrill has Rapid Spin, I don't lead with it. Excadrill is my physical attacker in this team. Earthquake + Choice Scarf is really strong. However, it's a bit hard to use Rapid Spin since it has Choice Scarf, so if possible, I would like another item to put on Excadrill if possible.
rotom-wash.gif
Washington (Rotom-Wash) @ Leftovers
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 HP / 4 SpA / 252 SpD
Calm Nature
- Volt Switch
- Hydro Pump
- Will-O-Wisp
- Pain Split
So, Rotom-Wash, as you have guessed it, is my "switch-in" pokémon. Like, for example, I switch out one of my pokémon to Rotom. Well, anyways, you get the point.
weavile.gif
Kid (Weavile) (M) @ Life Orb
Ability: Pressure
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Low Kick
- Ice Shard
- Knock Off
- Icicle Crash
Weavile is another one of my physical hitters. It has Knock Off so that if the opponent switches, I will the surprise the opponent by knocking off its item.
talonflame.gif
Big Blaze (Talonflame) (M) @ Sharp Beak
Ability: Gale Wings
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Brave Bird
- Roost
- Swords Dance
- Flare Blitz
Talonflame is the strongest physical hitter here. Swords Dance + Sharp Beak + Brave Bird KOs any pokémon. However, it has recoil and can't take hits, which is why I have Klefki set up Reflect/Light Screen first so that it can take damage. I also have Roost on it so that it can recover from Recoil.

Excavate (Excadrill) (M) @ Choice Scarf

Jolly Nature
- Earthquake
- Rapid Spin
- Iron Head
- Rock Slide

Crooks Key (Klefki) (M) @ Light Clay
Ability: Prankster
EVs: 248 HP / 8 Atk / 252 Def

Ability: Clear Body
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe

- Psyshock

Alright alright, let's see what we do have here.

Screens aren't so important in a team imo, and honestly i don't think Klefki is so necessary as well. Btw if you're going to keep it the set seems perfectly fine to me.

If you decide to replace it btw, then do it with a Sand Setter. A pokémon like Hippowdon or Tyranitar is a perfect choice for this, and imo Tyranitar makes a better use of Sand Stream in general since its SpD is raised with it. Also, your team covers it well

Hippowdon @ Leftovers

Ability: Sand Stream

EVs: 252 HP / 4 Atk / 252 Def

Bold Nature

- Earthquake

- Stealth Rock

- Rock Slide

- Slack Off

A base Hippo Set. Immense Defensive Wall and Rock Setter, Earthquake and Rock Slide deal some important damage to the right enemies. Slack Off allows this monster to survive during the match. There is really nothing else to say about Hippo, wich is also one of my favourite mons in the competitive scene.

Tyranitar @ Smooth Rock

Ability: Sand Stream

EVs: 248 HP / 80 Def / 180 SpD

Relaxed / Sassy Nature

- Roar

- Crunch

- Stone Edge

- Stealth Rock

This is the choice i recommend you more btw. It adds some general Bulk to the team and it has 3 functions:

1) A really good wall (on both the defenses, even if it's more suited to take Special hits) that can and will hit hard

2) Forms a nice core with Exca and Talon

3) Resolves the problem of Excadrill's Item (Simply change it's ability with Sand Rush and give it a Life Orb)

Roar blocks any setup, wich is nice in OU. Crunch and Stone Edge are 2 powerful STABs that combined with TTar base Atk will deal a considerable amount of damage in a good number of situations. Stealth Rock puts some hazards on the field.

The rest of the team looks kinda good, but if you decide to switch Klefki for TTar/Hippo then you'll have 4 Water weaknesses. The best way to resolve this would be replacing Diancie, but since the entire team it's built around it this a solid no. Perhaps, you should change its HP from Fire to Grass

Diancie @ Diancite

Ability: Clear Body

EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 25 Spe

Timid Nature

- Moonblast

- Protect

- Hidden Power [Grass]

- Diamond Storm

That's all i guess. Honestly it's the first time i have to rate a Diancie based team so i don't know very well what options are the best for it. I still think my suggestions are good tho. Maybe you could try a Stall Talonflame to have extra Bulk or add U-Turn for a core with Rotom-W but it's not so crucial.

Hope i helped!

EDIT: Forgot to say, Poison Jab on Weavile imo is better than Low Kick. It also gives you overall a better Fairy counter

Kid (Weavile) (M) @ Life Orb
Ability: Pressure
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Poison Jab
- Ice Shard
- Knock Off
- Icicle Crash
