Honchy
My favorite nature is Hardy, because it's neutral, so you don't lose or gain anything
YoshiofRedemption
It depends on the Pokemon, really.
Combat
Natures only really shine when given to the appropriate Pokemon. I mean, one that lowers special attack might be terrible for some, but perfect for another, so it becomes a mixed bag.
Personthing
When playing in game, my favorite natures are +Speed -anything that isn't the attack stat the mon uses. In competitive, well it depends on the mon.

Ironbound
Depends on the Pokemon. I don't bite then as attributes that have any aesthetic appeal, so I can't say that I prefer any one.
Cool Girl
For me, it really depends on the pokémon, but I think I try to go for a Jolly or Adamant Nature.
AeroWraith
^I'm also more of Jolly and Adamant kind of person. With the occassional Modest

Monochrome_Complex
modest(for my mages), adamant(for my warriors), bold(for my battlemages/clerics), jolly(for my assassins). I find myself usually using one of these. Timid occasionally but not as often. I don't like defense lowering natures much though.
Masquerain
Is this about favorite natures to use on a pokemon or..favorite nature based on..well.. nature and what traits it entails? For pokemon, well yeah, depends on the pokemon.. I, however, usually prefer using glass cannons so I suppose Adamant is my favorite Outside of that, wellp..hey, Adamant again, and Rash
mde2001
Mine is definitely timid. I love my fast special attackers.
Lugruf
I'm more of an adamant and modest player. I will play jolly and timid where that speed boost is crucial, usually around the 110 speed tier, but I will go for the extra damage if not. 650 attack Azumarill is best Azumarill. Shad_
It usually depends by the Pokémon, but if i have to chose one i'd say either Modest or Timid
