How in the hell i`m gonna catch this little son of onion?

You can actually encounter him but just touching him, and to do that, you kinda have to sit in the place where he is going to touch. (You might have to move while he is to get him)

to catch the totidile it is all on luck

you need to click it when it is in motion or click the square it came out of while you are in its path which requires once again rng to favor you

For starters, you have to challenge it first.

Secondly, after you challenge it, you have to weaken it to the point where it is relatively easy to capture it with a pokeball.

Lastly, you throw pokeballs at it until you managed to capture it.
