Okey heres the smart way to determine the order on who creates the next projects.This will change after each project gets done,everyone must have a turn in it tho so nobody can go twice until everyone currently in the poll gets at turn.The voting will end in a month and a half since its the breaking time after each project.If something happens to the chosen one,then it goes to the 2nd highest.
