Viability question (Set recommendations)

So, after getting Eevee for the first time in one of my save files, i got hyped about the fact that i could potentially use Umbreon, to then get disappointed by its limited movepool without a good move tutor or TM, so, i was wondering if anyone has any potentially good moveset for my favorite Eeveelution.

Any help would be appreciated!

I wouldn't call Umbreon the most viable Pokemon in the game but I have a fun set:

~ Curse: Breed w/ Numel, Torkoal, or Bidoof.

~ Assurance (Replace w/ Payack if we get the TM)

~ Helping Hand

~ Confuse Ray (or a Weather move)

Curse lowers your Speed and raised your Defence and Attack. This makes it more bulky and remedies its poor attack.

Assurance is great because it doubles power if the opponent has been hit that turn. Confusion counts for this.

Helping Hand is helpful for the hardest parts of the game for buffing your AoE attacks.

Umbreon is primarily a doubles support Pokemon but it may be able to hold its own.
