I have to put you out on that one, because Shelly is little sister of Bugsy, the Azalea Town Gym on Jotho, and Heather is someone else. I was only speaking in regards to how they interact between themselves and with others, not literally (at least, that's what they were like in the beginning of mk2 and Re;birth 2 before their characters developed).
