ebonywolf
I have a male sandshrew with swords dance and a female torchic. Shouldn't the move from the male be passed down to the offspring? The newly hatched torchic only knew scratch and growl, and torchic can learn swords dance from Tms.
Alex
Passing down TMs is not possible in the current version of Reborn. You'd have to go back to an earlier version (I think 12?) for that.

Removing features in updates, whaaat? did they do that for the sake of difficulty? so i cant have my swords dance, protect blaziken. Then breeding is pointless. maxing IVs with a single shitty ditto is too much hassle, and natures/abilities are easily solvable elsewhere. Also breeding is still usefull since they can still learn egg moves and you can easily get good IV's through breeding without ditto.

The feature was removed from Reborn because it was also removed from the mainstream Pokémon games. Please familiarize yourself with the current mechanics before criticizing this game. Passing down TM moves was possible up until gen 5, but it was removed in gen 6. This is quite possibly because TMs can now be used infinitely, although Game Freak didn't think to remove the feature in Black and White. You'll still get your Swords Dance Blaziken eventually; you just need to wait for TM75 to show up in a future episode. In the meantime, though, I've found that Bulk Up is an acceptable substitute. +1 Blaziken still punches gigantic holes in a lot of Pokémon, and the Defense boost can also allow it to survive hits that would otherwise knock it out. TL;DR Calm down, bruh Edited July 26, 2016 by Foamy
